Registration & Fee
Conference Registration is now open. Please access the registration form here.
Full accommodation includes room (student dorm at Stevens) and breakfast and lunch for the duration of the workshop, and is provided for all academic participants. Industrial participants may also request full accommodation at a different rate.
Registration and fees for academics:
- student: $400
- regular: $600
- conference registration without housing: $250

Student participants will be assigned to double or triple occupancy dorm rooms and regular participants will have single occupancy dorm rooms.

For "conference registrant without housing", registrant is responsible for booking his/her own hotel.

Please contact the LOC at ips2014hoboken@gmail.com if you intend to attend the conference with a minor (children under the age of 18).
Registration and fees for industrial participants:
- $400/person (include workshop fees, welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks).

Registration includes Workshop Fee, Student Dorm: Double Occupancy (with 1 roommate) or Triple Occupancy (with 2 roommates) for the duration of the Conference(Check-in June 15th and Check-out June 18th, 2014), Welcome Reception, Conference Breakfasts, Lunches, and Coffee Breaks on all three days of IPS2014 and one Conference Dinner on the evening of Tuesday, June 17th, 2014.

Staying One Extra Day
$100.00
This item is only intended for those who has booked their plane ticket and will arrive on June 14th (one day early), or leave on June 19th (one day late). A standard $100/night will be charged to the individual for either June 14th or June 19th. It is one or the other, one cannot take advantage of both ends. Please also indicate in your registration that you will require extra stay in the note to LOC section.
